Who operates this store

DataPacks is operated by Space Heroes Holdings LLC. For privacy questions, contact business@shhllc.us.

Checkout information

Your email is used to create checkout and connect purchases with the packs already delivered to you. Stripe processes payment details; this website does not collect or store your card number.

Purchase records

The application retains order references, purchased pack IDs, payment status and a keyed hash of your normalized email to prevent repeat deliveries. The plain email is removed from the application order record when a payment is completed or checkout expiration is confirmed. Stripe maintains its own payment records.

Your browser

Your cart is saved in browser local storage so your selection survives a page refresh. This storage does not contain your email, card information or private download keys. No advertising tracker is installed.

Hosting and service providers

Vercel hosts the store and its private file storage. Neon hosts the purchase database. Stripe provides hosted checkout and maintains its payment records. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request metadata and security logs to operate and protect the service. Server credentials are not sent to your browser. We do not store payment-card numbers.

Information in the digital packs

DataPacks sells downloadable information packages that may contain email addresses, phone numbers, business information and source fields described in the product listings. These files are separate from information collected during your checkout. Public availability does not establish permission to market to a person. Buyers must respect applicable rights and opt-out requests.

Retention

We retain purchase references, pack assignments and the keyed email hash while needed for download access, repeat-purchase prevention, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Cancelled or confirmed-expired checkouts release their pack reservations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained and deleting purchase history can affect future download access or repeat-pack prevention.

Private downloads

Order links include a private access key. Anyone holding a complete valid link can access that order’s purchased files. Do not share it publicly.

Privacy requests

Email business@shhllc.us for questions or requests concerning checkout information or a record included in a pack. Include enough information to identify the relevant order or record. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing information. Do not send card details or publish your private download link. We will assess your request and any rights that apply to it; a purchase does not waive those rights.
