Digital files and pricing

Prices are displayed in USD. Each available data pack includes a ZIP with an Excel spreadsheet. Quantity discounts apply to each product within the same order. The checkout total is shown before payment.

Contents and limitations

Records may have incomplete business, niche or related contact fields. Email deliverability, phone type and an individual’s consent to marketing are not guaranteed. Phone numbers are not represented as verified mobile numbers.

Downloads and repeat purchases

Downloads become available after payment verification. Pack assignments are tracked by normalized buyer email to avoid delivering the same pack ID in future purchases. Files may be sold to multiple buyers; purchasing a pack does not make its contents exclusive. Keep your private order link secure.

Permitted use

Use downloaded information only for lawful purposes and respect the rights of people identified in the records. A purchase does not authorize unsolicited outreach, override opt-out requests or grant marketing consent.

Problems and refunds

Do not place a new order to resolve a missing download. Retain the order reference if a file is inaccessible, corrupt or materially different from the description. Email business@shhllc.us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and restore access or provide a replacement where possible. If a verified delivery or content problem cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase through its original payment method. No traffic, ranking, deliverability or marketing results are guaranteed. This procedure does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
